2018 Grande Cuvée Brut – Rosé


Coming 2020 – After cuvée (first) whole cluster pressing the wine was separated and fermented for each varietal and farm it was from. This gave us the best insight to create our premium blends. Aged in neutral French barrels until bottled. Added organic cane sugar, Zymaflore Spark yeast to kick off secondary fermentation in the bottle for this elegant sparkling wine. Aged sur lie (fine lees) for 18-24 months.
